Kn1ght. You can have a look at your bootup sequence. It may be that the sequence looks to the CD Rom for the Operating System. You can however, change the boot up sequence. The "normal" sequence is "A" Drive, CD Rom, Hard Drive. But of course, you can change that to whatever you want. Hope this helps!!

but if I disconnected CD rom it wouldn't boot up but it woudl get to post.

I agreed with bishop i've encountered when DVD rom culprit i thought the problem is in the power supply when i replaced new power supply it smell burned and i found out the reason why power supply smell burned is the DVD rom when i unplug the all DVD rom the problem won't happen again.
