layer 3 addressing? do you mean IP addressing? or some other layer 3 protocols?

I think you are talking about IP - Internet Protocol but is it IPv4 or IPv6 . it will do alot of good if we see the topic of your presentation

What / who is the presentation for? Might help to know so we can make suggestions. Will your audience be techies or non techies, for example?
