but do all routers have mac cloning built in nowadays?

You will usually find that all routers except the router that you require to do mac cloning with support mac cloning...

no seriously.. if its old / a cheap solution, it will do nothing fancy

also if you are lucky, you might be able to grab a firmware update at the manufactures website allowing it to do some new things.
