Port Light signals

I just got 3 1900 switches for my at home lab to support my studies off ebay. After powering them up on all three all lights seem to come on but port 16. Is this normal or is port 16 messed up on all three switches?




This is a random picture that was almost literally the first one I seen when I googled "cisco 1900 switch" and it had the same light off so I can't imagine that the port is actually broken (unless port 16 breaks more often then the rest for some reason). So why is that light off?

Same happens with ports 1 and 2 on my 2900. No idea why

The same light on 4 switches? Seems more like a signal to me then a broken light (It's possible just unlikely).
