I tend to agree. The current 4 (3 if you do the composite BSCI/BCMSN) exam CCNP would seem to be a very worthwhile goal. Removal of the ISCW (and ONT if that is what is happening) not only potentially devalues the qualification, but it also devalues those who are already holding the current certification, who may in future feel it necessary to specify that they hold more certs than those asking may imagine.

The official release of the new CCNP track came out two days ago and I checked the Cisco Learning Network site.

It looks like QoS and VPN material has been removed from the track. ! noticed that the ROUTING exam covers only basic VPN topics. I saw nothing regarding QoS though. Maybe it has basic material with the VoIP section but I'm not sure.
TSHOOT looks fun though..

It's interesting that that they have an exam dedicated to troubleshooting. Most certification exams that I've seen include troubleshooting as a "section" of the entire exam, whereas Cisco is dedicating an entire one to it.
