As far as I know, Ethernet II frames haven't length field. How can networking devices recognize the length of them? while searching more information from the Internet, I found this sentence:
The length of an Ethernet II frame is not present in the frame itself. It depends on the Ethernet network interface used. When the interface sends a frame to the network device driver, it supplies the length of the received frame
However, I don't still understand. how does the interface supply the length of the received frame? How does it calculate the length of them?
