Hi All
Just to start off im not an it proffesionall but have been given the opertunity to start learning and working with cisco, im finding it rather difficult to find good entry level books to explain how the principles of cisco routers and hubs work as well as the configurartion, if anybody could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated as to the cx team i must say in the three days ive had on your site ive learnt more then in three weeks on my own you guys are really great.
well excuse the noob but he has to learn and here where i live on mozambique we dont have anybody who is cisco literate.

I'm not sure if i got your question exactly, you can find useful information in Networking menu in the right up corner in this page.
also check howstuffworks.com and search for router, switch ...
