Have a look under the 'Networking' scroll-down menu (top left of the Firewall.cx page) then go to 'Ethernet' and 'Frame format'. If there's anything there you don't understand then we'll try to help you with it

Have you tried clicking on the actual links e.g. Ieee 802.3 etc.
They take you to the actual definitions and frame formats as well.
