I am using a cisco 801 isdn router (version 12.3). I pay for each call that it makes, plus my new isp limits my connect hours. I have set the idle timeout to 300 seconds (5 minutes). Even if everything is physically disconnected, the router stays connected. If I start Internet explorer (v7) it makes a call. then if I start outlook express, it makes another call. I can see this through the show dialer command on the router. If I stop them, it stays connected. How can I cause it to disconnect so my connect hours don't continually increase?
