Obviously, your reply about sequence is right.
But maybe I cause you misunderstanding about "assemble tcp packet".
My target hasn't not just assembled tcp packets. I want to assemble packets, but also collect them to PDU of apllication layer.
And then at application layer, I just analyze PDU without worry about getting PDU from buffer of TCP.
