Choosing a DNS Server

Choosing a DNS Server was created by sc0g
First... I am located in the Southeastern part of the United States.

Second... I did not like the DNS server that my ISP suggested, simply because at certain times of the day (ie: when everyone gets home from work and they start beating the hell out of the DNS servers cause everyone is surfing teh internet) it is really slow...

SO... I did some research and tried out a few different DNS servers and these seem to work well for the time being:

nameserver 69.111.95.106
nameserver 206.196.151.153

Does anyone have any good suggestions for DNS servers located in the Southeastern part of the US? Thanks!

Check out OpenDNS:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

I've found them far more resilient and responsive than my ISP's (BT) DNS servers. They have an even broader presence in the US.
