Best Way to view/monitor network...

I have a great deal of programs/servers/workstations to monitor and most of them have some type of Web-based interface which allows me to monitor them. IE, Symantec has one, Blue Socket Gateway, The ASA has the ASDM monitor, PTRG, etc.

What is the best way to view all of this? Multiple monitors? Multiple Computers with multiple screens? One computer and minimize them all?

Any suggestions?

The multiple tabs would be better than multiple browsers.

What about an appliance that will monitor everything ? Not took much of a look at it yet myself but i believe the Cisco MARS will monitor loads of different devices ?

Also, what sort of things are you monitoring, something like Solarwinds does SNMP monitoring of most things that utilise SNMP, could you not look at consolidating it all into one app ?

I do not think I can combine most of my monitoring programs.

I have one for Symantec Antivirus, ASA 5510, Bluesocket Gateway, Video Security System, RFID keyless entry system, etc.

I am looking into the best way to physically monitor the information. Not so much looking for a way to gather the data.

I see what you mean. Is this something that you need to be monitoring all the time ? i.e. do you need to be sat there watching the screens perminately ?

Just thinking, just go and look at them now and again (however you are doing that at the moment) but setup e-mail alerting should anything need urgent attention.

I think you will struggle to get an overview of everything together in loads of different apps. Maybe multiple monitor with a web browser (or the monitoring application) on each monitor, or like already suggested, tabbed browsing and flick through them.
