There is no multicast address in a class C. Multicast has it's own address starting at 224.0.0.0 and goes up from there. Please read RFC 3171 if you are an insomniac.
The broadcast address is always the last IP address in a subnetwork.
There really isn't a "unicast" address. Unicast is a traffic forwarding concept, however, if you want to bastardize the concept, all host address in a subnetwork could be construe to be unicasts.
