Hi Guys!
I need to get ip address block for my ISP and i wana know the step by step procedure to get tht block from Apnic.Whats apnic's annual fee and how those ip address block will b routed to my network? I live in pakistan and we have a single carrier provider , will i have to route those ip block at carrier provider's end after getting the ip block from apnic? hwo traffic will route to/from my network to the internet.i'll appreciate guidance from u guys.

YOu need to advertise that ip subnet to your provider via some igp and then your provider will either advertise it in some other igp or egp. It'll eventually make it to the backbone.

Are you saying that you are an ISP or you want to purchase some IP Address ranges ?
If you wanna purchase some address ranges then you do this through your provider who alrady has address ranges assigned to them, they will then handle all the routing requirements.
Not sure how you do it if you want to be an ISP, i would guess you would still need to purchase your link through some sort of wholesaler who provides you with the link to the Internet Backbone anyway.
