How are ARPs handled for IP addresses generated by NAT?
A. Cisco IOS NAT will generate an ARP entry for IP addresses created by the NAT that point to the MAC address of the interface the NAT IP address pool is associated with.
For example, when performing inside source translation, if the inside global address pool is associated to the subnet of an outside interface (S0, for example) then ARP entries for these IP addresses will use the MAC address of S0.

Hi Dove,
I think we have gone off on a tangent here. Proxy ARP is different to what we were discussing here, isn't it ?
Take it easy
