Cisco 3550 VLANs Help

I think you will just need to remove the IP Address off the VLAN to turn it into just layer2. Basically, without the IP, it cannot do any layer3 switching on that VLAN.
I am not sure how you would sort out the routes without knowing your network details a little more
What segmentation are you trying to acheive with the ISA Servers, what purpose is the DMZ and where is it located on the network (infront of ISA or behind ISA?)
Cheers

Vlan 1 needs to be layer 2. Next task, how do you make it layer 2
