ERROR IN SITE-TO SITE VPN

Hi guys, Do you have any idea regarding the message which comes in the logs while trying to create a site-to-site vpn(Ipsec) and vpn fails..

Message:

Header Invalid (unable to verify ,msg=ISA_SA),Ipsec _rgw_is_dynamic:unable to fine id

It is really urgent as the customer's vpn is down.

Hi,

Can you please provide a little more detail, what devices are you using to terminte/start the vpn sessions ? Where does the message appear (i..e in the event logs, in the application) ?

Well, the customer is using watchguard vpn-firewall devices at boththe ends and he got the message at the traffic monitor, i.e, at the event log of the device itself.
