All cisco simulators (like boson) offer switch simulation.

you can use BOSON NetSim. in this sim you can build a network with several devices including switches.
the only problem is you can't enter to the "privilege" mode if you have demo version but you can get the crack to upgrade to a full version (under your own risk)

Instead of cracking it I would suggest getting a copy of a ciscopress book for CCNA that has a working edition of Boson NetSim for free in order to train on the books labs
