MTU level

Dwyane, if you want to see your real mtu, try running ethereal while surfing, downloading, etc. You will find the max mtu of your system in the output.

chances are, its already at 1500.

this is something i was looking for.. to check the exact MTU on my machine..

I Guees you need to Change the MTU on the DSL Router as well as in windows XP.

To change MTU in Win XP www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/280/

TO Change MTU in DSL Router you would find it in the Manufacturers website, mine is DLink and my MTU is 1400 and MRU is 1492.
