Sending a message (possiblely via webrowser) to all hosts was created by Maskkkk
Is there any way of sending a message (possiblely via webrowser or other means (dialog box) ) to all hosts that connect to a router....?

I know it sounds basic, but could you not use net send??

seems you are looking for instant messaging or IM software for LAN. try this to give you an idea.
