Line monitoring software

Dear All,

I'm looking for a pro or semi-pro tool to monitor my 2MB SDSL line. I'd like to prove my ISP that they suck!

I keep having problems with delay and drop-outs and they keep telling me that they can't see anything wrong.

Do you know a software that monitors and records line quality, drop outs delays etc.?
