Yes, the override part of the command will allow you to do this. Just be careful, because cos 7 isn't really supposed to be used for anything other than control traffic. Another thing, if this switch connects to another router or switch, you'll probably have to have it "trust cos" on the receiving interface, assuming you want the cos values to remain. Do you have experience configuring weighted round robin, eli2983? If so, I'm trying to get a better understanding of it.
