help whit packet tracer please

hi there can anyone help me ,
the thing is : im working whit packet tracer, and i made a wlan whit this topology

the problem is when i try to connect the serial 010 from R1 to R3
and assign the ip the packet tracer says error overload ip ..... serial 000

what im doing wrong ? please

You may have given a ipaddres of same subnet used in different link

You have invalid VLSM subnetting, your IP adress are overlapping
