if we created VLAN/s then folders to be shared b/w different VLANs ... how we can do and what should be done?

In order to share information between 2 different VLANs, you must have a router first as VLANs assumes that every other network is a different network.
You need to configure router for routing between 2 different VLANs and Router will route packets to Switches(LAYER 2).
Layer2 will fetch the FRAME and send info to the designated MAC.

yeahhh... u correct that for routing data b/w or among diiferent vLAN/s router is needed ...
but my question was as we share folder/s etc on LAN ... but if we want to share folders on VLAN then how we can share?

In exactly the same way.
Just set up the share on the server as normal, then get your inter-VLAN routing working as manojsharma says, so your client machine on VLAN A can reach the shared server on VLAN B.
A share is just a network destination; if you can reach it then you can use it
