Rommon firmware update

Hello,
To be able to utilize full memory (256M) on 2620XM, I have to update rommon version from 12.2(7r) to 12.2(8r) or maybe higher and the IOS image .
I do have the right IOS image, can someone tell me where to find this firmware??

You need a special account on cisco.com to download these files. Only ISP's and companys wich sell cisco products are able to download these files.
