Bulding a Home Lab CCNA was created by cat4500
Hello,
Building a home lab, so far I do have AS 2511-RJ (2) and
2924 XL (2).
I'm thinking to trade one of my AS 2511-RJ plus some $$, with two 2611XM.
Is this necessary, or I'm just fine with what I have???
Thanks

A couple switches and a couple routers should do just fine for most CCNA labs. I have a stack six-high of 17xx routers with WIC-2T cards and a few of the same switches you have. Troll Craigslist for Cisco equipment, it's not hard to find stuff on the cheap. Those small 1700 routers are great, the interface cards are cheap and you can always find them around online.
