i am satish, i have a some problem about the NAT.

i have a 1 cisco2621XM router with 1 ethernet port and one 3750 layer 3 switch, reliance give me two public IP 124.124.211.145 and
124.124.211.146 as default gateway,so will u tell me how i can configure the port address translation on 2621XM router for allowing the 254 users, the private IP range is 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

Can I have just a rough diag. for your network. To clear the thing where is ur router & L3 switch and with whom they are connected.
Also let me know which IP is configured for WAN port.

Here is what your network topology should look like:

You will be using only one of the static IP addresses your ISP provided. You could use the second static IP for redundancy, but keep in mind you will need a second T1-WIC card.

Be careful with your addressing. You will be assigning your router and switch internal IP address on the same subnet. Therefore you want to plan your addressing for future expansion. Always leave room for growth in your network. So if your going to have exactly 254 users on the network, your not going to want a /24 mask.

i understood that whatever u replied me, but there is one problem that they don't have any 1T-WIC card for that 2621XM router,and due to some problem they can't afford. so i want to PAT only on 1 fast Ethernet port.so can i do some configuration on layer 3 switch for the PAT,but there is also one problem that switch can't run the command NATTING. so please give me some proper solution.

What type of Internet has your ISP provided you with? A T1? DSL? Cable?

If you were provided with a T1, you must have a T1-WIC card. If you were given either DSL or Cable, you will not need a T1-WIC card.
