Hello sachin67007. The Cisco lab does indeed exist and was online for quite a while. However it is offline currently as we attempt to get the booking system rewritten. If you look in the top right hand corner of the home page you will see the Cisco Lab logo. Click there to enter the lab area but, as I said, it is offline at the moment.
I'm sure Chris will report as soon as he has something to tell us

I've never tried "ccna network visualizer 6" but I know packet tracer is more than enough for CCNA.
Studying CCNP...
