Regarding the cisco lab feature

hai all,

iam a new member of the forum ,yesterday i booked three lab slots simultaneously . but when the time approached i tried to log in into the lab , dont know what happened i did not got access to the lab

the message i got was that "we are sorry , for the inconvienence ....." and something related to the ip address what is this means

can any one help me identify the problem
and guide me to access the lab
