Error message on practicle session:

Hi everybody,
When I tried to log on my isco practicle session part 1, it shows:
PORT: 2001 PORT: 2002
Retrieving your Cisco Lab details...
Dynamic firewall modification for your IP address 84.69.186.121...
Error: We're sorry, but we are currently experiencing technical difficulties concerning the firewall. Please contact an administrator.

I even tried to contact administration but I am not quite It has gone through. Hope any of you gone through it and have sorted out this problem.

Hello rohita, sorry you've been having problems.
It may have been a temporary problem with the firewall. Please try again and report back if it still does not work.
Also if you have a personal firewall on your PC you might want to try disabling it temporarily to see if that is the problem
Thirdly, once you've made your booking make sure it is for the day and time you intended by checking in the calendar and reviewing the confirmation email
