WOW hey I'm only 23 and remember that!
I also remember my dad spent 15,000 on a 486 back in 90 summin but his was way tricked out with 6 hard drives, and tapes to back things up floppy and GET THIS A CD! OOOOOOO AAAAAAAAAAA

I remember the thrill of imminent world domination when I scrounged a second 5.25-inch floppy drive, making my PC a twin floppy powerhouse! No more booting the OS from floppy then removing it to insert my software disk, then removing that to save my work; two drives! working at the same time!! Buwahahahahaa!
Needless to say an upgrade from 512k of RAM to the FULL 640k and the aquisition of a colour CGA monitor felt similar. And when I got my first PC with a hard disk, well that was it....
