technical IT people use terminologies to scare people away but not in this case, as an undergarduate before I became use to computers a computer engineer in my neiborghood told me my RAM is spoked so I have to pay more money. I never had the guts to ask him what is a spoked RAM so I just simply paid.

IT Support may ask the customer in this way also
