I think to remove the shout box permanently and we get away from ballu who always misutilize the shout box

I agree with that, people just can behave.....
It's a sad thing to happen....

Or make the shoutbox available by permission or invitation only. That way if anyone abuses it you just remove their right to use it. In the light of recent world events I don't feel much like giving in to people who refuse to follow the rules everyone else is happy to live by

Perhaps we could just remove ballu's user rights on the shout box. If we reduced his account to guest rights, he wont be able to use it!!

Just a thought !!

I think Thebishop's idea is better, it will solve the problem whereas just removing one person will only help on this incedent.
Anyway, something has to be done!

i told no this ballu is like a dog thats it . No problem let him do what ever he wants at one day he will be bored of doing so.....
