I just tried to preview / submit under the Unix - Linux section, both options redirected me to
www.firewall.cx/forum-posting.html
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum-posting.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I was however able to post under the Design section a moment ago and I can preview here so I assume it will go thru. I got the same problem in firefox / safari.
