Unable to modify forum timezone

I'm unable to change the timezone that I'm configured for.

I've followed the instructions on the www.firewall.cx/cisco-lab-gmt.php web page, but I do not see any of the settings listed on that page after I click the "Your Info" link.

Additionally, the page appears to be the same if I follow any of the links "Your Info", "Your Home", and "Themes".

"Messages" seems to work fine.

Yes it looks like a problem with the account module.

You can change it through the forum, if you click on Profile at the top of the page, you also get the Time Zone settings.
