Ok you seem to be right about the links not working. Its an image map and for some reason its not taking you to the relevant page when you click the portion of the image. With the rush to get new interesting material up, these small things sometimes get missed. Anyway till it gets fixed, you can access the links like this :
www.firewall.cx/insert
one of the following :
icmp-echoreply.php
icmp-echoreply.php
cmp-dest-unreachable.php
icmp-redirect.php
icmp-source-quench.php
icmp-time-exceeded.php
those are the different sections in the order they appear in the diagram. So if you want to see the the icmp-redirect page you will go to :
www.firewall.cx/icmp-redirect.php
