I've been thinking about getting Comptia Network+ what are the major differences between Net+ and Icnd1? (more or less I'm wondering if I can just go take the test now or will it require extra study)
I assume to some degree I'll have to study more as NET+ is not Cisco where icnd1 is but I'm wondering basically 2 things:
1. What are the major differences between ICND1 and NET+?
2. What are suggested study supplies? (books ect.)

Try to get your ICND2 to make your ccna, forget about the N+. then after your ccna try to get some field experience.

Similar but a little different. NET+ has a slightly wider scope in terms of technologoies and vendors whereas ICND is of course Cisco specific. Some wuld argue the NET+ is not as in-depth as the ICND which is true, but you'll be expected to know less about more, if that makes any sense. If you're up to the level of being able to have a good stab at passing ICND1 then just get a NET+ book (they're not that expensive), spend a few weeks and you'll probably ace it
