Best way to make a career in Networking? Please HELP!

Hello friends,

I am doing my graduation in Computer Application from India.
Though the degree comprises lot of Programming, but i am not at all interested in Programming or software world.
I am interested in the networking world WITHOUT C,C++,JAVA n all.

So can any one tell me which is the best way to start with in CCNA or MCSE?

Which is accepted more worldwide, i mean i should be able to get jobs outside INDIA as well and recognized worldwide.

which would be the best certification according to my flavor for profession??

I will be grateful to you people. I am really confused and you all know how it is difficult to make a career after your graduation.

So friends please HELP me out.
