Certification related

Hi all
I wanted to know about the new scheme of CCNA and CCNP certifications. Also how to prepare for that and how to apply for that .

Its sad to know that nobody replied my mail Actually i have gone through the stuff once and i think the most easy part among them was subnetting ,which i feel very comfortable , may be bcoz I am a post graduate in maths...........But i think we should have a little knowledge about the scheme.........especially when the method has changed...........somebody plz give the new syllabus also
