hesshaun, there is no certification for the TCP/IP suite.. they are only a set of protocols. However every networking certification such as the Network+ or CCNA certification will certify you as being proficient with TCP/IP.
TCP/IP would be considered basic networking knowledge (since its the most widely used networking protocol in the world today). It would thus be a fundamental topic in any networking cert.
