For any that may be able to offer valuable insight.
I have come across what is supposed to be the full CCNA course material and have been studying it on my own with out school or instructors or anything...that is how I found this site. My question though is does anyone have any suggestions on how I should study this material in order to be able to comprehend the concepts and to be able to pass the exams? I am currently working as a network admin for global company and have routers and switches available to "play" with at my job.
Any suggestions?

Most study materials have example configurations or lab exercises. I'd suggest following along those with your spare equipment that you have available. Make sure you understand what each command is doing as you put it in, and you'll surely learn what you need to know for the CCNA.
