Testking are cramsheets from what i know!
You can use the Ciscopress or sybex books wich are very good.
I used Wendell Odom's CCNA Certification Library for the CCNA and found it very helpful.

It is reliable to do some search in google.com, as it will provide a number of reliable sources from where you can select the best books.
