guide in the right track

New in certification field. There has been a lot of confusion regarding pursuation for which certification.My employer is forcing me to take MCDBA. But I am wondering which one to opt for.
Can any one guide in the right track?

Wow...Microsoft really needs money if they make up these types of certifications. None the less, I think you should take the MCSE after you get through with the MCDBA. It's a series of courses, and its very beneficial. Good Luck with that.
