Hi. I'm a student from Sweden. I've completed a two year university degree in networking and computers and now I have continued to study. The school I went to is a Cisco academy. I have all four diplomas from the academy (CCNA 1-4). My question is what does an employer think of the diplomas compared to the "real" exam. My diplomas are more worth imho since i've completed all tests and labs required and also passed a skill exam. Should I still take the "real" exam or will my diplomas count as much when looking for jobs?

Take the CCNA exam. Employers will think that you arn't interested in networking unless you take the test and pass the test. You went through all the trouble of taking all four semesters, why not take the exam? It's worth a try. Before you do, however, look for a voucher.
