Need help in Swatch Email Alerting

, I am using Windows based SNORT Intrusion Detection Systems, for that we need to configure swatch for the email alerting. But the thing is swatch I have is linux based. Please help me If you give me the swatch configuration for windows based or any other tools (freeware) that will help me in getting email alerting with configuration
