FVS318 VPN access from a remote subnet

Hi,

I've been trying to configure my Netgear FVS318 so that multiple users can access from the road. I've been able to get connections if I specify "Tunnel can access - a single remote address", but neither "a range of remote address" nor "a subnet of remote address" will connect. I get to the second phase, then the FVS318 complains it "cannot respond to IPsec SA request because no connection is known for {hostsubnet}-{hostgateway}====={clientgateway}"

Any ideas?

TIA

Here's the log:

I hope someone can solve this for you because I came up against the same brick wall trying to set up a Linksys box. I got nowhere and gave up

Apple,

Have you tried any netgear support forums ?

I haven't encountered the problem you've described, but surely there must be some type of support available or troubleshooting guide to help nail it down.

I'll have a look around and update you if I find anything.

Meanwhile, do let us know if you have any progress!

Cheers,

Chris Partsenidis.
