Hi,

You can now use your favorite Clam, F-Prot, Kaspersky, Symantec or Dr.Web's AntiVirus for Linux, to secure the HTTP Gateways.

Frankly, patching your favourite Squid proxy with a host of un-supported 'orphaned' software, is not a very "Professional" thing to do.

Try using SafeSquid(tm)
Besides stopping viruses, it has a host of features like -
Content Rewrite, Cookie Control, Pop-Up Blocking, Browser Based GUI, Bamdwidth & QoS control, Authentication, etc....
You can know more about it's features at www.safesquid.com

The product brochure is available at www.safesquid.com/mktg/safesquid.pdf

SafeSquid Dedicated Support Center is an extremely reliable support forum., for getting instant solution, to any application, configuration, and such related issues.
You can visit / register (free) at www.safesquid.com/forum

You can get a copy of Commercial-Trial-Edition v4.0.0 by registering on this forum.
SafeSquid Free Edition v4.0.0 for non-profit organisations will be released very soon too!
Thousands of users are already enjoying the well-supported use of the earlier released Commercial / Free Editions.

I hope you will like the software and recomend it to others.

Please feel free to enquire for any more information.
