Do an nslookup of the website.
Ex:
C:\>nslookup www.firewall.cx
Server: xxxxxx
Address: xxxxxx
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: firewall.cx
Address: x.x.x.x
Aliases: www.firewall.cx
Then use the ip ddress of the firewall.cx website to get easy access.
Regards,
Arvind

I would recommend you use tor
tor.eff.org
That will handle all your proxying for you, and they shouldn't be able to block it too easily -- but shhh you didn't hear it from us.
Cheers,
