can you recommand me for a good personal firewall?

try zonealarm. it's a great personal firewall...you could browse through this site to see that its the choice of many....

I put my thumbs up for ZoneAlarm too. Been using it for a few years. Very good piece of software.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that you can also use ZoneLog to look at the ZoneAlarm log files in a VERY organized interface. You can get ZoneLog from here

Zonealarm is good. Also if you're using Windows XP don't forget the built-in firewall too. It may not be very user-friendly but it does the job

yep zonealarm is great. xp firewall is getting a big upgrade with service pack2 also so worth looking into!

I must agree on zonealarm .... it seems to be the 'standard' of personal firewalls ... and it surely is a great product too.
