I have a problem with connecting remotely dvr model srd-87x
As i am in a local network i have no issues with dvr image , but im connected between intranet .
With the software Smart Viewer 3.0 i can communicate with dvr , but the image is missing like i describe in the photo!
What do you think? may i have problems with fragmented packs in my asa 5510 firewall?
What to do?
